Trainer Quick Start Guide

Run a fast, fair, high-energy session in eight simple steps.

  1. 1. Create your session

    Open Trainer Mode and start a new session. You'll get a session code you can keep for reference.

  2. 2. Add teams

    Ask each team for their name and add up to 10 teams (3–6 members each). No per-team codes needed.

  3. 3. Upload the Bintulu Ports logo (optional)

    Add the client logo so the session screen is fully branded. You can skip this and add it later.

  4. 4. Share the session code

    Show the one session code on screen. Participants enter it, then pick their team name from the list.

  5. 5. Start the session

    Tap Start Session. Teams can now request random missions and race the countdown.

  6. 6. Approve submissions

    As proofs arrive in your live queue, review the text or photo and Approve (default 10 points, adjustable) or Reject.

  7. 7. Add bonus points

    Reward standout energy, creativity, or leadership with bonus points and a short reason.

  8. 8. End & reveal the ranking

    When time's up, end the session to lock scores and reveal the final ranking with the top 3 highlighted.
